Pale lemon in colour with aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, apricot and floral notes, it shows ripe peach and tropical notes on the palate with a balanced acidity and refreshing finish. A great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, it is ideal on its own, or with summer salads, seafood, creamy chicken dishes or asparagus risotto.
