An award-winning small batch gin from The Pentland Still micro-distillery - part of the Pentland Hills backdrop to the city of Edinburgh. Piney juniper berries form the perfect backbone, while locally-foraged heather, rosehips, gorse and elderflower add smoothness, depth and character.
Local botanicals are painstakingly foraged by hand, dried and vapour infused in a copper basket during distillation. King's Hill Scottish Gin has an exceptionally fresh and fruit nose, with piney juniper flourishing. The palate is smooth, sweet and highly aromatic. Serve with lots of ice, Mediterranean tonic, and a slice of grapefruit.
