Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka
Perfected through generations, Ukiyo vodka celebrates the purity of traditional Japanese distilling. This rice vodka hails from the southernmost tropical island of Okinawa, and is meticulously crafted from a traditional Japanese Awamori spirit - indigenous and unique to the island.
Made from a harvest of long grain indica rice which is inoculated with black kōji, fermented and then distilled into the Awamori spirit. This spirit is then redistilled into a pure rice spirit. Triple distilled in total, using traditional pot stills and produced in small batches.
Ukiyo Rice Vodka is exceptionally clean, smooth and subtly sweet. Soft florals combine with subtle citrus and violet to make this ideal for sipping or pairing with East Asian food.
