The multi award-winning range of Tarquin's Cornish Gins uses botanicals that are meticulously hand sourced. Macerated with grain spirit for 12 hours in their alembic copper pot stills, before traditional distillation with a naked flame to collect the purest heart for their gin.

Their Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin includes 100% British rhubarb & raspberries. Crisp, fragrant juniper is still the prominent backbone, with notes of lemon sherbet, crisp pine and eastern spice. Rhubarb sorbet mingles with fresh and jammy raspberries before a zesty citrus finish. Serve with ginger ale, fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.

Southwestern Distillery in Cornwall was founded by Tarquin himself in 2012. A classically trained chef from the Cordon Bleu in Paris, Tarquin used this experience and lots of experimentation - over 100 trial batches were tested - to create the base for the self-named range of gins that continue to thrive. The original dry gin stays true to the perfected recipe, with 12 key botanicals and meticulous production.
