This light, fruity and easy-drinking Catarratto harvests grapes from the coastal Trapani region of Sicily. Unoaked, grapes are gently pressed before a cool fermentation and a short time in stainless steel, preserving minerality and fruit.
Ramarro Catarratto is pale lemon in appearance with delicate aromas of apple, lemon and spring flowers. These fall onto the smooth, fresh palate with a crisp mineral finish. Try with fish and seafood, chicken salad, creamy light sauce pastas or risottos, soft or goats cheese.
