Picking takes place early in the morning before vinification without maceration of skins. Temperature controlled fermentation, and filtration and cooling of the wine to avoid malolactic.
This creates a perfectly formed, pure model of Prosecco that is beautifully crafted and sensuously rounded. It poses a vibrant mousse and a fresh, uplifting aroma. The crisp, deliciously frothy palate is filled with ripe apple and citrus fruit character. Try as an aperitif or with light starters.
