Ingredients are harvested at different times throughout the year, with immediate macerations and infusions to capture the freshest aromas and flavours.
The original recipe meets the piercing taste of Calabrian chili pepper for this Red Hot Edition, which just like the original, is meant to be savoured at -20C.
