This charming southern French white wine is produced by outstanding Languedoc-based winemakers Xavier Roger. The name 172 is derived from the growth cycle of the Grenache Blanc grape, exactly 172 days between the bud break in the Spring and the leaf fall in the Autumn.
172 Grenache Blanc is an elegant, crisp and delicate wine. The palate is rich and expressive with notes of white peach, mango and a touch of lime blossom. Try with spaghetti carbonara, chicken Caesar salad or baked camembert.
