SHOPPING
Turton Wines will be open during your tasting should you wish to wander the shop and purchase a bottle of your favourite drink.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please confirm any dietary requirements at the time of booking. You can do this by adding a notes in basket/checkout, reply to your order confirmation email or give us a call 01204 300037. Our tasting cheese boards are vegetarian friendly and consist of cheese, crackers, pickles, chutney & fruit. Please let the team know on arrival should you require any extras adding such as pork pies, cured meats etc - see our menu.

BOOKING
Tickets can be booked online or call/pop into the shop or bar. Any reserved tickets must be paid for within 48hr or will be released for resale. No physical ticket will be sent/given, your name will be added to a guest list. Please leave your email with your booking and an event reminder will be sent during the week leading up to the event.

GROUP BOOKINGS
If you are booking tickets separately but wish to sit together, please contact with a list of guest names before the event and we will arrange seating together.

WAITING LIST
We regularly get cancellations so if an event is sold out contact us and add your name to the waiting list. We will be in touch should tickets become available. You can also join our general waiting list should you wish to be contacted about any last-minute tickets for all events.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend an event get in touch asap.

Over one month to event: Transfer your ticket to another published event should seats be available. Ticket price difference will either be refunded to e-gift card or paid by the customer. Should there be no event to transfer to, we will offer to resell your tickets.

Under one month to event: We will do our best to resell your tickets. Should we manage to resell your tickets then we will offer you a refund to an e-gift card to spend in the shop, bar or on a different tasting date. We do not offer refunds to original payments due to the time and effort required by our team to resell tickets. If we do not sell your tickets before the event, we are unable to offer any refund or transfer.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS
As we do not give physical tickets and all guest names are put on a guest list we need to know if tickets are transferred into another name and recommend that all resales are done through Turton Wines. Please remember if you transfer your tickets and we do not have the name of the new guest we will not be able to give them a seat.

Founded by Brett Dawson in 2008, Turton Wines began online and opened its Bromley Cross, Bolton shop in 2011. With over 600 quality wines, a growing selection of gins, spirits, and beers, every product is taste-tested by the team.Our extensive selection features over 600 quality wines, alongside a growing range of gins, spirits, and beers, all carefully taste-tested by our knowledgeable team. At The Slaughtered House bar, opened in 2018, you can enjoy a unique wine experience with weekend tastings, wines by the glass or bottle, and delightful cheese boards. What are your delivery options and costs?

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Turton Wines).

What is your returns policy?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we provide luxury wrapping services to ensure your gifts are beautifully presented. Additionally, we offer a range of gift cards and personalised delivery options to suit your needs.

What are your opening hours?

Turton Wines is open from Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. The Slaughtered House Tasting Bar is open Friday from 4 PM to 11 PM and Saturday from 12 PM to 11 PM.
