Cotswolds Distillery's Cream Liqueur is made by mixing their new make single malt spirit, distilled in their pot stills, with fresh cream for a wonderfully rich and silky tipple. Their new make single malt spirit is the same spirit matured to produce their English whisky, and is made with locally-grown Cotswolds barley.
This cream liqueur shows sweet notes of vanilla mingling with butterscotch and just a hint of malt, before a long, creamy finish. Like all good cream liqueurs, this is excellent over ice or in a coffee. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within six months.
