Angel's Estate specialise in Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot for their red wines. This wine goes through cold maceration in heat-insulated stainless steel fermentation tanks. Leading to spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ruby in colour with intense aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and fresh spices. Hints of oak, chocolate and vanilla. The palate emulates the aromas of the wine creating a velvety mouth feel and smooth tannins. Try with grilled red meats, tomato based stews, roasted vegetables and mature cheese.
Angel's Estate is situated very close to the Zhrebchevo (Stallion) Dam, on the hillsides of Sredna Gora in Bulgaria. They own 1500 acres of new vineyards, which include both red and white grape varieties.
