Palomino Rising is a pale and refreshing ale showing lots of tropical fruit aromas and a dry, bitter citrus finish. A full and creamy body of mango, bitter grain and lemon zest flavours that nicely lingers.
Bolton's revered Bank Top Brewery use their custom built 11 barrel brew plant to produce on average 22,000 pints per week, using only the finest raw ingredients, with no artificial colours or flavourings. All flavours are solely achieved by the careful variation of ingredients and methods. As SIBA members they aim to preserve the traditional styles and methods of brewing while at the same time raising the profile of craft beer.
