Hoyle Bottom Spirit´s flagship product, Tinker Brook Lancashire Dry Gin is named after the stream where water was originally pulled for distillation. 12 botanicals including hand-foraged heather tips are stage macerated and vapour-infused to create smooth, full flavour.
Immediate citrus notes lead to a warming spice of cassia and cubeb, rounded off with a floral sweetness from the locally foraged heather. The palate is bursting with juniper before a subtle and lingering floral finish. Serve with premium tonic over lots of ice, garnished with a slice of lemon.
