Hell's Stone is a unique Cornish whisky from Pocketful Of Stones, created using the best possible craft beer. This top-notch ale is then distilled using their handmade copper pot still, Jackson, before the the young whisky is aged in used oak barrels in the shadow of Cornwall's St Michael’s Mount.
The result is a sumptuous whisky of pale golden appearance that holds lifting aromas of vanilla, malt, and roasted nuts. Smooth flavours of honeyed almond bread and pasty complement hints of seal salt and citrus zest. The creamy texture is rounded off with lingering baking spice on the finish.
