Domaine des Mazelles are nestled in the Touraine appellation in France's Loire Valley. They use their near century of experience to produce quintessentially bright Loire Valley wines. Their Cremant de Loire Brut is made using the traditional method, maturing in underground caves. Using 80% Chenin Blanc & 20% Chardonnay.
Pale gold with subtle green hints. Aromas of luscious fruitiness intertwined with notes of white flowers - honeysuckles and acacia flowers. The palate is harmonious with a soft dryness due to a moderate number of residual sugars. Leaving fine bubbles lingering elegantly on the palate. Try with sushi, bruschetta, salads or grilled white meat and fish.
