A bright, fresh sparkling wine that blends classic Italian Garganega and Trebbiano grapes from vines grown on sandy clay soils, carefully selected for the base wine before low temperature fermentation in stainless steel. A second fermentation uses the Martinotti-Charmat method.
The result is a delightfully lively fizz of pale lemon appearance with delicate, fine bubbles. White peach and citrus dominate in aroma and flavour, with an appealing crisp, mineral twist on the fruity finish leaving you wanting more. Try as an aperitif, as 'brunch bubbles' or with canapes and light starters. Also great as a spritz and in cocktails.
