Stormy Bay's Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin is copper pot distilled in small batches using 12 botanicals, some picked by hand from the British coastline. Vibrant deep pink in appearance, but with no artificial colours or flavourings. They only use fresh, perfectly ripe, locally grown raspberries and rhubarb, alongside their Signature botanicals.
Distilled with the fresh fruits and then infused with more fresh fruit afterwards, it shows a beautiful slight sweetness with the gorgeous aroma of summer and a sophisticated natural taste. The juniper remains in the background, with hints of citrus zest mingling. Serve with lemonade or Mediterranean tonic garnished with raspberries.
Based in the Morecambe Bay of Lancashire, Bay Distilleries was founded by duo Chris and Jonathan who combined their knowledge of the brewing industry and chemical engineering to create a range of fine gins.
