A New Zealand red wine from the Hawkes Bay region using hand picked grapes aged in French oak puncheons for 7 months and fined with egg whites. Aromas of bright cherries and red currants with subtle dark cinnamon spice precede a palate full of ripe strawberries, cherries and dark earthy notes, alongside long, fine structure and bright acidity.
