It is not a very robust variety and requires good climatic conditions in order to ripen properly, but has found its place in the vineyard on these hillsides producing a fresh wine and rich in minerality. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThis is a dry and refreshing wine with vibrant and fruity aromatics underpinned by floral nuances. Intense notes of crunchy green apple are layered with mineral tones and a delicious mouthwatering lemon-peel finish. Try with fresh salads, sushi, fish-based dishes or bruschetta.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eEstablished in 1871, San Silvestro has produced DOC and DOCG wines from its estate winery in the Commune of Novello, in Piedmont. The traditional varieties are mostly grown in the Langhe and from vineyards found in the Roero and the Monferrato regions. Founded by Giovanni Sartirano, San Silvestro and has been passed down through four generations and today, it is run by cousins Paolo and Guido Sartirano.
