Pampelle Ruby Apero
This popular aperitif is made with hand picked ruby red grapefruits from the Mediterranean island of Corsica and is crafted on the banks of the River Charente. An artisanal infusion of natural botanicals with maceration of citrus peels and Eau de Vie alongside the grapefruit, make this a sumptuous contradiction of the bitter-sweet.
Try with prosecco or spritz up your gin by adding to a G&T with a slice of red grapefruit. Simply add to fresh tonic and ice for a low alcohol alternative.
