This Sicilian Grecanico use softly pressed grapes with fermentation in stainless steel for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature. Grapes are hand harvested from vineyards of deep, alluvial soils.
The result is a wine of lemon appearance that is exceptionally fragrant and fresh. Florals on the nose are complemented by refreshing flavours of lemon and lime on the palate. Try with pasta Carbonara, mushroom risotto or smoked white fish.
