A Spanish white wine from the Rias Baixas region using the classic Albarino grape with minimal intervention to retain true character. A nose of ripe citrus fruit, crushed flowers and underlying minerality precedes a fresh, crisp palate of lemon zest, fresh lime, stone fruits and notes of flint soil.
