Description
Hello World is an enticing Spanish Cabernet Franc from Castilla winemakers Finca La Estacada. Grapes are fermented with skins for 9 days at controlled temperature, before rest in stainless steel and maturation for 2 months in new American oak barrels.
Hello World is ruby in appearance with delicious aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass. The palate brings a luscious mouthful of dark red fruit, delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish. Try with rich stews and spicy sauces.
Finca La Estacada takes its name from the plot of farm land where it is situated, which has Roman origins. It emerged as a winery in 2001 as a result of the Cantarero Rodríguez family's passion for the world of wine making. Since then, its aim has been to get the best out of its vineyards and creating wines of great richness and quality.
