A French white wine blend  from the Languedoc-Roussillon region to produce crisp and refreshing wine that is fruity yet fresh, perfumed with white flowers, followed by a mouthful of peaches and apricots.

Picking of early matured grapes at night to keep their freshness, the grapes are destemmed, direct pressed, cold fermented and early bottling
