Charles de Fere Reserve Blanc De Blancs Brut VMQ Reims
Grapes: Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin Blanc
A Traditional Method sparkling white wine from Charles de Fere, a winery established near Reims in 1980 by winemaker Jean-Louis Denois who came from a long-established family of champagne growers.
This Reserve is aged for 12 months in the bottle on the lees, matching the complexity of champagne. Crisp and clean with citrus fruit, subtle green apple and classic brioche, it brings elegance to any gathering.
