This reflects on the palate alongside hints of spice. A very elegant wine with balanced tannins and a long finish. Try with beef stew, grilled meats, mushroom dishes or pork belly. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRoberto and Andreas Mazzei took on Cascina Radice winery in the 90s. The property dates back to the 1890s and is surrounded by the hilly countryside in the small town of Moasca.
