 WHITE WINE SELECTION

A crisp, aromatic wine of light lemon appearance. The lovely herbal bouquet of white pepper, grass and fennel is layered with fresh notes of pineapple and lime. All this is reflected on the dry and zesty palate with a citrus finish. Try with citrus enhanced dishes such as stuffed vine leaves or salads, or with Mexican cuisine such as fish tacos and chicken enchiladas. 
The skillful blending gives Obeidy prominence for a creamy textured wine with flavours of honey and lemon. This is beautifully balanced by the Sauvignon Blanc's crisp vivacity and citrus tones, while the Viognier complements with heady, peachy and floral aromatics. A unique and complex blend. Try with stuffed vine leaves, check salad or fried chicken and coleslaw, or grilled halloumi.   
Inacayal Torrontes

Pale yellow in colour with hints of green, it shows lots of tropical aromas such as pineapple, grapefruit, guava, and Asian pear with hints of jasmine flowers. A fresh and well balanced wine with a lovely crisp finish. Try with coconut curries or light chicken, seafood and tofu dishes, chargrilled vegetables, feta or ricotta. 

This blend from the Cotes de Gascogne region brings together Colombard, Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano), Gros Manseng and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh aromas of citrus dominate with grassy undertones before a delightfully fruity, dry and crisp palate. Mouth watering flavours of apple, citrus and even a hint of gooseberry. Try with chicken dishes or light salads.
 
Stainless steel fermentation with 10% fermented in older oak barrels and then aged for 6 months in oak Foudre. The resulting wine brings inviting aromas of pineapple, stone fruit and lime blossom with underlying floral notes. A full, rich palate of citrus and spice leads into a long, fresh, honeyed finish. Try with sushi, shellfish, salads, creamy chicken dishes or east Asian cuisine.
Golden in colour, it shows fruity aromas of peach, mango, pineapple and melon. Beautifully balanced on the palate, with refreshing citrus flavours through to a long finish. Try with roast chicken, pesto pine nut salads, or light fish and shellfish dishes. 

 

 RED WINE SELECTION

Ruby with purple hues, it has powerful aromas of crushed and mulled black fruits, cherry, violet and a twist of spice. The juicy, textured palate brings ripe red berries and vanilla, slightly spiced with black pepper on the pleasant finish. Try with barbecue and teriyaki dishes. roasted vegetables, or smoked cheese.
Terres D'Orb Pays D'Oc

Terres d'Orb is rich ruby in appearance, with bright aromas of sweet violet and lavender alongside deep black cherry notes. Smooth, light and soft in texture, the palate brings forward flavours of rich blackberry, red berries, and subtle vanilla, spice and liquorice on the  well-balanced finish. Try with Mediterranean salads, pizza, or South East Asian dishes.

Dugladze show off the best of Saperavi, the most popular native red grape in Georgia with deep colour, flavour and exceptional versatility. This deep cherry coloured wine shows rich aromas of black fruit and berries. The palate begins with sour cherry and blackberry, before notes of ripe plum and blueberry shine through. Refreshing acidity brings a pleasant tartness to the finish. Try with fried meats such as beef, pork or lamb, rich tomato pastas and aubergine, or mature hard cheeses.
Aldeya Ayles Garnacha

Deep ruby in colour, it shows juicy, sweet aromas of red fruit and rum, subtle mint and tobacco. The palate shows vanilla nuances, full soft tannins and dark red fruit with vanilla and berries on the finish. Try with red meats, hearty pulse and bean stews, charcuterie and cheese boards. 

Sula Vineyards Shiraz

Nestled in the Nashik Valley, Sula harvest Shiraz grapes from their vineyards at 600m altitude with red soil composed of clay and gravel. Cold soaked and fermented in stainless steel with regular, gentle pump-overs. Influenced with a subtle oak character to impart complexity and structure. The result is a wine of deep purple appearance with peppery and smoky bacon notes alongside ripe blackberry and blueberry. The smooth palate enlivens with an added touch of black pepper, chocolate and vanilla on the lingering finish. Try with South Asian cuisine, particularly red meat grills and spicy lamb curries. 

Swartland Limited Release Mourvedre

These characterful bush vine sites yield fruit of distinctive depth and concentration for a wine displaying exciting and complex aromas of mocha, chocolate and dark fruit. The soft and textured palate adds red plum and warm spices before a long, soothing finish. Try with grilled lamb, beef or pork with rich sauces, mushroom and pulse dishes, or mature and smoked hard cheeses.
