 WHITE WINE SELECTION

Bright, pale yellow in colour, the nose displays hints of green apple skin, citrus fruit and fresh cut grass. The bone-dry palate shows terrific balance, with refreshing acidity and minerality. The limestone mouthfeel is supplemented by juicy grapefruit aromas on the finish. Try with fresh oysters, Pan-Asian fish, fried chicken or creamy vegetable curry.
Koncho & Co use the exciting and unique Mtsvane grape from vineyards in the Kakheti region. Often used to soften and add aromas in blends, this varietal shows an inviting nose of apple blossom and acacia. The dry, yet full and weighty palate brings notes of poached pear, honey and a lingering, crisp finish. Try with light fish, chicken salads, mushroom and creamy pasta dishes, or light soft cheeses.
Straw yellow with golden reflexes in appearance, the captivating bouquet brings citrus lime and hints of Mediterranean scrub. The palate combines good body, refreshing acidity and a sapid finish. Try with a variety of seafood dishes including those with pasta, pesto and other herb-driven sauces, or soft cheeses. 
Lemon with green hues, Abismo ("Abyss") shows a delicate floral bouquet with an enticing hint of pear drops. The elegantly soft palate brings fresh pear and melon, crisp citrus, spring flowers and a refreshing finish. Try with seafood, light fish dishes, paella, mild or salty cheeses such as feta. 
 

Lemon appearance with soft aromas of white peach, apricot compôte and plentiful floral notes. All these elements add to the juicy palate texture, with a lovely acidity balancing the hint of residual sugar. This off-dry wine matches well with a wide range of creamy curry dishes. 

Intense and predominant white flower bouquet, underlaid by peach and citric notes. It shows an impressive structured complexity on the palate, despite it being so fresh in style.  Fresh tropical fruit mingles with balanced, distinct acidity. Try with delicate fish dishes with creamy sauces, roasted white meats, eggs benedict, nut roasts, or soft cheeses.

 RED WINE SELECTION

A wine of ruby red appearance with medium intensity. The nose is ethereal, vinous, with hints of Mediterranean scrub, whilst the palate is warm and enveloping, soft with good body and tannin presence. Try with beef, game, rich stews or aged cheeses. 

Dark, deep lilac with magenta hues, this wine shows aromas of lush briary fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant partnered with plum, clove and vanilla. The palate satisfies with blackberry,
blackcurrant & blood plum, complemented by lovely French oak. Low acidity & enjoyable tannins makes this wine best complemented with food. Try with braised beef, garlic chicken wings, flavourful risotto or blue cheese.

The palate shows red berry and fresh cherry with outside floral notes, mineral, pipe tobacco and forest floor. Great balancing acidity and excellent length on the finish. Try with lamb or duck in fruity sauces, rich pies, or even spicy Thai cuisine.

Ocho Y Medio Malbec

Cherry red in appearance, Ocho Y Medio shows aromas of flower blossoms, boysenberry and lime. The palate is soft and fine with sweet tannins, fresh acidity and a fruity finish. Try with simple red meat dishes, light tomato or creamy pastas or mushroom risotto. 

Solara Natural Red Wine

This natural wine is packed full of bramble fruit notes with raspberry and blackberry dominating the aroma. The palate is smooth and juicy with complex notes of blueberry, strawberry, bubblegum and ripe red cherry flavours. Refreshing acidity and smooth tannins on the finish. Try serving on its own chilled or with with T- Bone steak, red meats and hard cheeses.

A wine with ageing potential of 5 years, it shows an exuberant nose of black fruit.  The mouth is full, round and fruity with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and coffee. The finish brings an after taste that is dense and powerful. Try with red meats, rich stews, braised tofu or mushroom dishes.
