Romandiola Pignoletto Frizzante shows an attractive and delicately floral bouquet on the nose with notes of acacia and yellow fruits. The palate brings crisp, refreshing flavour with a soft, full texture and harmonious balance. Delicately sparkling, this is a cross between Pinot Grigio and Prosecco in style. Try with antipasti, fish, seafood, creamy risotto or pasta, or mild cheeses.
Their Vermentino (aka Rolle) hails from Riverina in the the New South Wales region and shows a nose of citrus, green apple and a touch of jasmine.  The supple mid palate expresses prominent flavours of mandarin, peach and pear. The final palate brings delicate grapefruit acidity, yielding a fresh and cleansing finish with a hint of pineapple. Try on its own or with seafood, light pasta or courgette dishes.
This youthful wine hails from the Beira Interior appellation of Portugal's Beiras wine region. A blend native Siria (Codega) and Fonte Cal grapes, handpicked from high altitude vineyards before spending just 4 months in stainless steel. This wine is strikingly zesty and aromatic with lots of green fruit character and a light, refreshing, dry palate. Enjoy with appetizers, cheeses, pastas and Mediterranean food.
Young and lively, it shines in a greenish explosion with yellow shades. The bouquet brings notes of freshly cut grass, green apple and watermelon, whilst the palate enhances with added gooseberry  and a touch of pineapple on the finish.  Try with chicken and turkey, fresh vegetable dishes, or soft, creamy cheeses such as Camembert.


Yellow with golden tones in appearance, the nose shows fresh notes of white flowers, grapefruit, fennel, mint and peach. The palate is fresh and Mediterranean in character, with notes of apricot, bitter almond, grapefruit and mint on the finish. Try with white roasted meat, sushi, risotto, aged cheese or cold meats.
Snapper Rock Pinot Gris

Attractive aromas of fresh pear mingle with citrus and honeysuckle. The palate brings a rounded core of green pear and spiced apple, with delicate notes melon and exotic florals. Rich mouthfeel and refreshing acidity for a satisfying finish. Try with seafood, chicken, pork, East Asian dishes (Japanese, Thai), or blue cheeses.


Bright red in appearance, Progreso is an unoaked wine that shows a nose of plum and cherry with a hint of black pepper. Sweet entry on the palate with further spice, red fruits and a touch of smoke on the long finish. Try with beef stew, roast lamb, moussaka, roasted peppers or blue cheeses.  
Matured in oak barrels, this wine shows a beautiful ruby colour and a powerful nose of red and black fruits. Fine and elegant oaking gives a fleshy and round fullness in the mouth with a satisfyingly fruity finish.  Try with steak, fish dishes, or vegan burgers. 
This youthful wine hails from the Beira Interior appellation of Portugal's Beiras wine region. Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) is blended with Touriga Nacional using old vine grapes from high altitude vineyards on the edge of the Spanish meseta. Unoaked, the long-forgotten terroir only recently being rediscovered brings a wine with expressions of crunchy berry fruit and spice. The palate brings super acidity and shows a wine focused less on tannin, more on flavour. Try with lamb dishes, antipasti, cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine. 
Rongzi Cabernet Sauvignon
World-renowned winemaker Jean-Claude Berrouet, former winemaker of the famous Château Pétrus, has produced this attractive Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright ruby in colour, the nose reveals seductive black fruit aromas mixed with sweet spices and a hint of leather. The palate mirrors the nose with a silky texture, a lively acidity with smooth tannins. Try with chicken, pork, fish and spicy food.
Feudi Di San Gregorio Trigaio Aglianico

Deep ruby in colour, Trigaio shows aromas of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries on the nose, The palate is silky smooth and full with genuine taste. Well balanced with great freshness. Try with grilled meats, roast pigeon or aubergine parmigiana.

Cervus Cepturum Feteasca Neagra-MerlotTheir blend of native Feteasca Neagra and European staple Merlot uses grapes from their Dealu Mare vineyards with 6 months' ageing in oak. This brings a smooth, yet complex aroma profile of dried plums, blackcurrants and cinnamon. Rich and silky on the palate with soft tannins and an elegant, subtly sweet finish. Try with lamb dishes, curries, mushrooms, roast beef or blue cheeses.
