Their Malvasia-Sauvignon uses grapes fermented in stainless steel with no oak contact. The result is a lemon wine with green reflections showing floral notes of broom, citrus and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate is lively in acidity, with great freshness and minerality. Try with light starters and fish dishes, or soft cheeses. 
A wine that is bright with acidity supporting mouthwatering flavours of lemon, nectarine and white peach. The lingering minerality provides a vibrant and satisfying finish, with subtle oak spice. Try with shellfish or spicy Thai and Indian curries.
The bouquet is fresh, highlighting grapefruit, lime, apple and apricot, while delivering subtle notes of caramel. The palate is fruity and well-balanced with good acidity, smoothness, mineral qualities and a dry finish. Try with pork, charcuterie, tangy salads or Thai dishes. 
This brings a wine of pale colour with golden reflections showing a bouquet with a subtle touch of flowers, white fruits and peach.  The palate has a wide mouthfeel, middle to high aromatic intensity, fresh and exciting with a balanced long fruity finish. Try with lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish, fish pates or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
Fresh and floral with hints of white flowers and lemon zest on the nose. The palate brings forward lovely ripe lime fruit alongside the lemon notes and a long, crisp finish. Excellent to pair with a range of seafood such as oysters, mussels, shrimp and salmon, or try with zesty vegetables. 
Intense straw yellow on colour with golden highlights, this wine shows citrus and tropical fruit aromas such as pineapple and guava, with underlying vanilla. The textured palate is filled with mango, guava and ripe melon, and a citrus backbone for a crisp, yet lingering finish. Try with white fish, chicken, creamy pastas or creamy cheeses. 


An intense bouquet of cherry, plum, spice and notes of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is full bodied and well rounded, with a pleasantly fresh aftertaste.Try with charcuterie, particularly salami, savoury first courses, red meats and flavourful cheeses. 
This youthful and fruity red has a clean and bright appearance with garnet reflections. Aromas of violets and cherries fall on a palate displaying soft tannins in the mouth. Powerful in taste and fruitiness. Try with cold meats, antipasti or light pasta dishes.
A medium-bodied wine of exuberant ruby colour with light violet hues. Packed with aromas of wild raspberry and a hint of clove spice, the palate boasts smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a seductive round finish. Try with game or a meaty-style fish such as a tuna steak, or serve lightly chilled with spicy foods.
Cherry red in colour, this juicy wine shows an abundance of intense black cherry alongside subtle vanilla on the nose. The palate is soft, smooth and full flavoured with lots of red berry fruit and a lively, spicy finish. Try with hearty stews and casseroles or roast beef dishes. 
Intense pomegranate red with violet nuances in appearance, the bouquet shows layered red fruits such as red guava and blackcurrant, with subtle florals. The palate bursts with blackberry and forest fruits, hibiscus and truffle notes on the big finish. Try with warm salads, creamy soups, tomato pasta, lightly dressed red meats or mature cheeses.


Pacifico Sur Reserva Carmenere

A dominant oak influence is supported by rich aromas of cranberries and dried fig, The palate is succulent and fruit-forward, with juicy, spicy red berries, cherries and bramble fruit. Try with beef empanadas or chargrilled vegetables.
