Adaras Lluvia Blanco

Pale lemon in appearance, Lluvia is clean and bright with a harmonious balance of the grapes. Aromas of tropical fruit and subtle notes of hair fruits that fall onto a mineral palate of balanced complexity with an intense, long finish. Try with seafood, Mexican cuisine such as fish tacos or chicken enchiladas, antipasti and salads, goats or feta cheese.

Cuvee Membliarus is the first Lebanese wine to use Assyrtiko, and successfully delivers the classic Greek Santorini crisp, fresh style. Subtle aromas of white fruits and flinty mineral notes are framed by a delicate floral character. Linear on the palate with a wonderfully refreshing and mouth-watering finish. Try with seafood, shellfish and fish dishes, or with light tomato pastas.
Franschhoek Cellar La Cotte Mill Chenin Blanc

La Cotte Mill is their Chenin Blanc and brings a bouquet of pineapple, peach, nectarine and honeysuckle, underlined by citrus and tropical touches. Rich and complex with medium body and lingering texture in the mouth. Recommended to pair with sushi, fish pie or roast chicken.

This engaging wine shows initial tropical aromas of pineapple, ripe melon and pear, before secondary aromas of lemon zest and orange peel. Harmonious mouth feel with a palate of pineapple, raw coconut and peached that further develops into citric and eucalyptus notes alongside lively acidity. Try with baked or grilled fish, cod dishes, vegetable stews or rustic bread and olives.
Calazul Albarino

The result is Calazul, a youthful and fresh wine of pale lemon appearance. Bright zesty tropical fruit and gooseberry aromas with a citrus core supported by a lime and mineral structure. Soft citrus and a little peach appear on a well-rounded palate, with additional crisp green apple, fresh lemon and an underlying hint of chalky minerality leading to a tangy finish. Try with fresh fish dishes.

Each variety was vinified separately and aged in stainless steel to retain the purity of fruit. Pale lemon in colour, it delivers delicate aromas redolent of white flowers, jasmine, tropical and stone fruit. The bouquet is underpinned by a refreshing palate with a streak of zesty citrus. Beautifully balanced with a clean and vibrant finish. Try with crab cakes, Chinese cuisine, seafood salads or light chicken dishes.

The results is a wine of deep claret appearance with a nose of distinct intensity; predominantly dark fruit confit, balsamic notes, hints of caramelised onion and beetroot. The wonderful notes on the palate come from ageing in high quality barrels. Fruity, smooth and elegant with balsamic and warm spice notes coming together in a harmonious style. Try with game or steak pies, warm spice stews, soft cheeses, or even an indulgent dark chocolate tart.
Winner of Gold at the Sommelier Wine Awards 2020, this is a beautifully soft wine with gentle aromas of elegant red apple, raspberry, cherry and subtle leafy notes. The palate boasts good weight and structure, smooth tannins and a  supple, juicy finish with a hint of mint. Try with aromatic vegetable dishes, chicken or pork.
Aldea is cherry red with violet hints in appearance, whilst the bouquet shows fresh minerality and red fruits. The palate is expressive and clean with, well structured tannins, fresh acidity and a good balance of fruitiness and mineral flavours typical of limestone. Try with poultry, pork, flavourful fish, barbecue cuisine, blue or goats cheese.
Franschhoek Cellar Stone Bridge Pinotage

Stone Bridge is their fruit-driven Pinotage made from grapes planted on varied soil types to lend specific nuances to each parcel. Matured in French oak for 8 to 12 months, it shows generous aromas of black cherry, clove and raspberry jam. A smooth and juicy palate is redolent of ripe mulberry, glimmers of tobacco and spice for a savoury finish.  Recommended with roast lamb, gammon steaks or spicy sausage.

Domaine Andre Brunel Est-Ouest Cotes du Rhone

Est-Ouest is a delicious and inviting Rhône style. Spicy and juicy with exuberant ripe raspberry, red liquorice and black plum alongside herbal notes, leather and peppercorn. Framed by good palate structure, rounded tannins and elegant balance. Try with red meats, stews, shepherds pie, or hard mature cheeses.

This vibrant and juicy wine is ruby red in colour with expressive aromas of black cherry and strawberry, rosemary, and a touch of liquorice. These elements are echoed on the fresh, rounded palate with added notes of lavender and wild herbs. Try with tomato pastas, lasagna, pizza, or barbecue dishes.
