Sacchetto Pinot Grigio
Grapes are gently pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh aromatics and purity of fruit. The result is a fresh wine of lemon appearance, with fruity aromas of citrus, pear and green apple. The palate shows excellent minerality alongside the fresh fruit with a touch of lime on the finish. Try with shellfish, salads, and light vegetable dishes. |
A Mexican white wine from Guadalupe Valley in Baja California. Pale lemon in appearance, it shows lots of fresh citrus notes on the nose. The palate brings classic white fruit flavours of pear backed by citrus and touches of tropical fruit, with balanced acidity throughout for a fresh, long finish. Try with light fish and seafood dishes, a variety of vegetables and salads, goats or feta cheeses.

![]() This light, fresh and zesty Portuguese white is from Lisboa winery Casa Santos Lima's Azulejo range. Native grapes Rabigato, Gouveio, Viosinho and Codega de Larinho are blended to bring a tropical and citrus fruit character. Aromas of green fruit, pear and lemon fall on the palate with a touch of honey and smooth, dry finish. Try with light fish and salads or mild cheeses.

A great example of the Italian Vermentino grape from France's outstanding Languedoc-based Xavier Roger. Coquille de Mer uses grapes from the Cebazan area to create an easy drinking, dry and crisp wine. Pale lemon in colour with aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, apricot and floral notes, it shows ripe peach and tropical notes on the palate with a balanced acidity and refreshing finish. A great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, it is ideal on its own, or with summer salads, seafood, creamy chicken dishes or asparagus risotto. Suitable for Vegans & Vegetarians.

A classic example of Austrian Gruner Veltliner from Weinwurms winery using grapes that are hand harvested into small boxes to keep the skins intact until they undergo gentle pressing before fermentation in stainless steel.The result is a clear, bright and fruity wine with hints of green apple, banana, lime and herbaceous notes on the vivacious and crispy palate. Great as an aperitif and pairs well with poultry dishes such as grilled chicken or with a crisp salad.

RED WINE SELECTION |
A Mexican red wine from Guadalupe Valley in Baja California. Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes are aged in oak for 6 months before release. The bouquet brings lots of red fruit aromas with subtle vanilla and spice. An easy drinking palate of ripe blackcurrant and raspberry with warming wood spice on the finish. Try with beef, lamb or vegetable curry and chilli dishes.
