 WINE SELECTION

Intense ruby red with notes of purple, this is a fresh and supple wine. The nose offers notes of red fruits and spices, whilst the palate is silky, with a very pleasant and generous attack and well-integrated tannins. Try with grilled meats or soft cheeses.

KORTEN NATURA MAVRUD & RUBIN

Korten Natura Mavrud & Rubin

 

A wine of deep ruby appearance with complex aromas of cherry, blackberry and herbs. The medium bodied palate brings further notes of plums, dark chocolate, vanilla and blackcurrant, with well balanced acidity and ripe tannins. Try with beef, game, Iberico pork, stews or mature cheeses. 


Reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Herbaceous and slightly spicy with aromas of cinnamon and pepper and luscious flavours of wild berry. Try with tomato sauce pasta dishes, or seafood pastas and risottos. 
FOLKLORE SARBA
Folklore Sarba

A beautiful example of the native Sarba grape from the Cotesti wine region of Romania. Folklore have produced a crystal clear, pale lemon wine with aromas of rose, red peach and exotic fruits such as mango and papaya. Flamboyant in the mouth, well balanced and intense with crisp acidity. Recommended with ceasar salad, seafood, antipasti or turkey breast with spinach and feta.

A natural wine that has a complex nose of citrus fruit, lemon zest and citrus blossoms along with hint of tropical fruits, herbs and sweet spices. Fresh, crisp and lovely minerality on the finish. Try with chickpea soup, light pastas such as Sicilian Asciutta and broccoli.
Brief skin contact creates an orange wine that, although pale pink in appearance, shows its origins with the fuller flavour and bouquet that manage to retain soft elegance throughout. Apricot and yellow plum is complemented by delicate citrus and touches of red fruit. Star anise spice develops on the palate, with a full, well-rounded mouth feel and bright mineral texture. Try with tapas, flavourful seafood and fish dishes, Mediterranean salads, sushi, or a range of spicy dishes such as fish curry.
