A traditional Spanish sparkling Cava wine spending over 15 months aged on the lees in the bottle with the grape blend bringing freshness, fruitiness, depth of flavour, finesse and elegance. Complex aromas show subtle notes of brioche, fresh bread, apples and citrus with subtle spice and a gentle earthy minerality. The palate brings a creamy mousse, ample vibrant flavours and a refreshingly crisp finish.
