An Italian "Baby Amarone" Valpolicella Ripasso red wine using organically farmed grapes from vineyards in the Mezzane di Sotto hills and double fermentation on the skins of Amarone to assimilate colour and concentration. Fresh with a full-bodied structure, notes of ripe red fruits and velvety texture.
