Lind & Lime Gin is a classic London Dry Gin, produced and bottled at the Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Scotland. Inspired by the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district, it is created with a base spirit at 96% ABV, re-distilled with a carefully curated recipe of 7 botanicals.
Juniper provides the backbone, complemented by crisp and citrusy lime and lime zest, and underpinned by earthy flavours of pink peppercorns and cardamom warmth. The result is deliciously complex, dry and thoroughly refreshing. Serve with premium tonic and a slice of lime.
