Snapper Rock Chardonnay Hawkes Bay
A New Zealand white wine from the Hawkes Bay region that is lightly fermented in French oak using grapes that showed excellent flavour development and subtle acidity on harvest. The fragrant nose is full of stonefruit and floral aromas with additional complexity from barrel fermentation bringing hints of vanilla and toasty nutty characters. The textured palate
unfolds with layers of citrus, stonefruit, florals and vanilla combining with a beautifully balanced acidity to finish long and fresh.
