A traditional Georgian orange wine made according to the ancient method of fermenting with skins and stems in traditional qvevri: a large subterranean clay jar. This produced a complex wine that shows characteristics of a white and red. The deep, rich bouquet of pine, pear and quince falls on to the palate alongside flavours of apple and stewed fruit.
