A Greek red wine using grapes harvested from organic vineyards in Agios Pavlos on the Halkidiki peninsula, ripened under the Greek sun without the use of chemical treatments and crafted into distinctive and accessible wines. 12 months in French oak barrels with a further 6-8 months in bottle before release, this wine has refined aromas of menthol and supple red fruits with an expressive palate of concentrated blueberry, earthy and herbal notes, oak spice and textured tannins.
