Aromas: | Baked apple, cinnamon, clove, spiced pear. Some grass and floral notes, develops to brown sugar. Some slightly dusty oak shows itself eventually.

Palate: | Sweet honey bursts across the tongue, then apple, some oak spice, gingernuts, clove, pepper, grass and smoky heather notes develop along with a sweet malt flavour. Medium to full-bodied. On the finish spices and smoke still going strong, malt and fruit gain ground towards the end.
