Cellar Notes:Ventisquero first began production in 1998 and is currently managed by a youthful, creative and entrepreneurial team. Faithful to their slogan of going "A Step Beyond," they make high-quality wines in a modern and cutting-edge style. They find ways to communicate our message in a manner that is both heartfelt and distinctive. Instrumental in the construction of their new winery in the Maipo Coast in 2000 was Chief Enologist Felipe Tosso. This was the valley from where the first grapes were harvested and made into wine. Three years later, wthey ventured into the Casablanca Valley and the famous valley of Apalta, recognized today as the birthplace of Ventisquero’s most celebrated wines.
Appearance:Pale yellowy colour with silver reflects.
Aromas:Elegant aroma where fruit aromas like grapefruit, and tropical fruits are mixed together, mainly Maracuya with mineral notes and certain fresh herbs.
Palate:Of great Character and balanced structure, it’s soft and creamy body maintain the freshness and elegance with a long persistence in mouth.
Serving Notes:It accompanies salads, sea food, marinated fish, fish and white meats, due to its creaminess it can be combined with dishes with fresh cheese, cream and cottage cheese.
