| Cellar Notes: | The fruit was picked early in the cool morning to retain the flavours, the juice was run off the skins immediately
after pressing and then cold settled to remove the solids. The wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the intense aromatics and to maximise the integrity of the fruit flavours. |
| Appearance: | Bright pale lemon with green tinges. |
| Aromas: | The nose has vibrant aromas of freshly mown grass with hints of floral perfumes and citrus. |
| Palate: | The palate is soft with mouthfilling flavours of mango, greengage plums, kiwifruit and gooseberry with some underlying hints of grassy character. This is a very enjoyable easy to drink style with some fruit sweetness filling the front of the palate and leading to a finish that is crisp and refreshing. |
| Serving Notes: | This is an early drinking style with fresh up front fruit flavours, it is ideal to enjoy now
without the need to further cellar. Great for summer entertaining served with salt and pepper squid or chicken and salad dishes. |
