| Cellar Notes: | A beautiful cabernet sauvignon cold soaked in stainless steel tanks to extract deep colour and fruit expression. Stored in French Oak barrels ofr 14 months then rested in bottle for 6 months. |

| Aromas: | Expressive intense aroma of very mature red and black fruits, specially from the berry types like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cassis which are mixed with black pepper aromas, some leather, smoke, tobacco and chocolate. |
| Palate: | Great body, balanced structure with firm ad mature tannins which remain, complex, tasty and persistent. |
| Serving Notes: | It accompanies mature cheese, grilled meats and spiced foods. Will improve for up to 7 years. |

Instrumental in the construction of our new winery in the Maipo Coast in 2000 was Chief Enologist Felipe Tosso. This was the valley from where our first grapes were harvested and made into wine. Three years later, we ventured into the Casablanca Valley and the famous valley of Apalta, recognized today as the birthplace of Ventisquero’s most celebrated wines.
With estate vineyards located in Chile’s best winegrowing regions – the Maipo Coast, Casablanca and Colchagua – and rigorous research aimed at understanding terroir, our mission is to consistently deliver the finest quality in our wines
