The Cederberg Estate is unique in South Africa. It is the highest vineyard at 4000’ in the Cederberg mountains and it is separated from the nearest vineyard by 60 km. The Nieuwoudt family’s David is the young winemaker who has transformed the winemaking in the last few years to an award winning cellar. He has been elected to the Cape Winemakers’ Guild – a recognition of his achievements.
