| Cellar Notes: | The fruit was picked early in the cool of morning to retain fruit flavour. The juice was run off skins immediately after pressing and then cold settled to remove solids. The wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the intense aromatics and to maximise the integrity of fruit flavour. |

Vineyard Notes: We’re very excited to be offering our very first range of wines from Tasmania under the Notley Gorge label. Sourced from the Tamar River and drier East Coast regions, this small but perfectly formed and attractive range of wines are made at the Rosevear Estate which looks out over the Tamar River estuary north of Launceston on the Northern side of the island. Dr Richard Smart (viticulturalist) and Dr Andrew Pirie (winemaker), both of world renown and industry recognition, are responsible for turning in quality fruit and making premium wines.
