| Cellar Notes: | Harvesting is performed by hand; usually early in the morning or late at night when the vineyards are cool and the grapes will not spoil before they reach the winery. Here they are vinified separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, fermented to dryness and blended together before filtering and bottling. |

| Palate: | Soft, juicy and round, quite plump in the middle with a smooth finish dominated by red and blackberry fruits and hints of vanilla oak. |
| Serving Notes: | Grilled and roasted red meats, all game and strong soft cheeses

Vineyard notes: The Domaine Larroque is situated in the Saiss Plain on the high continental plateau between the Rif and Atlas Mountains; the area has its own geographical appellation and has been known since Roman times as a source of high quality wines. The Appellation of Guaranteed Origin is Beni M’Tir. The area with low rainfall, cold nights and sunny hot days is perfect for the production of high quality, healthy grapes, which easily reach full maturity in these ideal conditions.
