Aromas: | very strong juniper aroma. A sappy pine character with alot of fresh coriander and liquorice. Hints of fresh ginger, resin, violet and uncooked runner beans.

Palate: | very clean and soft. Again juniper dominates/ Liquorice is also noticeable alongside a grassiness with tingling spice. To finish the liquorice comes through to the death with the piney juniper, fresh cut grass, coarse ground pepper and spices.
