Buy German wines here. German wines have had a bad press of late but its not that long since the Rieslings of Germany were more expensive than the best of Bordeaux. Introduction of cheap supermarket brands did nothing to help their case but Germany is still producing some amazing top quality wines and at incredible value as they still don't have the popularity of other top countries but it won't stay that way for long.

I only drink champagne when I'm happy, and when I'm sad.
Sometimes I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company, I consider it obligatory.
I trifle with it if I am not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it - unless I'm thirsty.
