Vineyard Notes:
The Sarotto family has been making wine on this estate since the 1800s but have only bottled their own wines since Roberto Sarotto graduated from winemaking school. Roberto`s priority is the vineyard itself, believing that good wine grows in the vineyard and develops in the cellar. He practises the best of traditional and modern techniques in both the vineyard and winery.
