| Cellar Notes: | This Chardonnay comes from the far west of the Languedoc, at altitude on the flanks of the Montagne Noir, meaning cooler growing conditions (they harvest as much as two weeks earlier then the Narbonne/Beziers area) resulting in finer elegance, more acidity. Temperature controlled fermentation and storage in stainless steel so no oak. |

| Aromas: | Full on the nose, dominated by fresh fruit, such as grapefruit, pineapple and lemon zest. Notes of hazelnut. |
